Orange County Aerial TissuIntro to Aerial  (Hoop I /Silks I) – This class one-time, beginner class offers an introduction to AERIAL HOOP (lyra) and AERIAL SILKS (tissu). You will learn a basic spin and mount on Hoop, as well as climbing and foot lock on Silks. (75 minutes)

 Silk I (Basics) – Beginners can build strength and confidence in a fun and challenging environment.  You will learn basic climbing techniques, locks and a variety of poses and movements.  Moves are combined with simple transitions to form a routine.  Your routine will then be practiced with music so you can add your own artistic flair. (60 minutes)

Aerial Silk II –The difficulty increases in this intermediate class with new movements as well as variations of moves from Aerial Silk I.  Non-lock inversions are taught preparing students for fun and exciting drops!  Your routines will also increase in difficulty to build more strength and stamina. (60 minutes)

 

Aerial Silk III – In this advanced class, you will take on new, more advanced drops, learn more complex movements and transitions, and yes, MORE ROUTINES!  You will have the opportunity to create your own work of Aerial Silk Art! (50 minutes)

Aerial Hoop (Basics) – Beginners can build strength and confidence in a fun and challenging environment.  You will learn basic mounts, a variety of poses and transitions, as well as a gentle spin or two.  You will also be encouraged to form a routine, practiced with music so you can add your own artistic flair. (60 minutes)

Aerial Hoop II –The difficulty increases in this intermediate class with new movements as well as variations of moves from Aerial Hoop I.   You will learn more complex mounts, poses and inversions, along with adding spinning to the mix!   Your routines will also increase in difficulty to build more strength and stamina. (60 minutes)

Aerial Hoop III – Yes, the difficulty increases yet again in this advanced class!  But have NO fear.  You will take on new, more advanced spins, learn more complex movements and transitions, and yes, MORE ROUTINES!  You will have the opportunity to create your own work of Aerial Hoop Art! (50 minutes)

Aerial Hammock -Learn fluid aerial movement while gaining strength with the added benefit of hammock support. (60 minutes)

Open Aerial  - 1 hour open practice for all levels and abilities.  There is limited supervision and No Instruction. (60 minutes)

Contortion – This class goes beyond a basic flexibility class. You will learn to engage your muscles for more control in your flexibility,  helping you to create extraordinary shapes and lines. We focus on the back, shoulders and legs.  (60 minutes)
