I started my pole fitness journey when I was 16 and although it may seem ‘taboo’ to have the younger people in the pole room, I credit a lot of who I am today to pole. Pole fitness is all about empowering women, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their own skin while also giving them a great full-body workout.

I truly don’t think I would be as confident and free-flowing as I am today without it. I am in the best shape of my life right now and I get to move around a pole, listening to my favorite music, while wearing some awesome heels for exercise!!

Pole dancing has changed my life in so many ways. Not only has it taken my body to a level of fitness that over a decade in the gym couldn’t do, it has given me the confidence to embrace, empower and nurture my feminine sensuality. It has also helped me love my body, cellulite, imperfections and all. Pole dancing gives me the mental strength to take on the world when I leave the studio.
