Class Schedule


We offer classes every day, Monday to Sunday. Classes usually start around 9 in the morning and go until lunch. We then around 4pm and go until 9 at night.  Our studio uses a session system to track class usage. When you purchase a punch card or a membership, you will get a number of sessions assigned to your account. You can use your sessions to take any class we offer.

  • Silks, hammock, hoop, pole, and circus fitness classes use 3 sessions.
  • Fitness and flexibility classes use 2 sessions.
  • Open session classes use 1 session
