Core Conditioning For New Pole Athletes

Alex here with a quick video with tips on core conditioning, this time for our pole peeps!

Pole can be a very difficult apparatus which requires a lot of core strength. I asked our “resident drill sergeant” Erika to share with us her favorite exercises for core strength.

Those dreaded inversions, which might seem impossible at first, are much closer than you think. Just follow Erika’s tips and you’ll get there soon.
