Urban Aerial Fitness offers classes for young performers ages 7 to 18.  Aerial arts is a fun, exciting and challenging workout which develops strength, coordination, flexibility and core muscles.

Kids & Teens classes take place on Wednesday between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm and on Saturdays between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. If you want to drop by to try out one of our classes, please call us at (714) 502-4983 so we can reserve you a spot.

When visiting our studio for the first time, please follow these tips:

  • Wear proper attire: wear tight-fitting pants and shirt.
  • Bring a small gym towel: you will break a sweat.
  • Bring your cell phone: you are going to want pictures of your first time flying, believe us.

Instructors

Ashleigh

Ashleigh has been practicing aerial arts for the last 5 years. As an experienced performer, she brings a level of dedication and attention to detail in every part of a routine.

She currently teaches Introduction to Silks, Lyra (hoop) single & doubles.

Alexandra

Alexandra has been practicing aerial arts for the last 4 years and has little by little transitioned from a student to a teacher. Before training on aerial ars she was a semi-professional ballroom dance competitor and a Flamenco dancer.

She currently teaches introduction to aerial silks, lyra (hoop) single & doubles.
