Kids need exercise, but they also need to have fun. Urban Aerial Fitness’ Kids and Teens program is perfect for developing strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. You will be amazed when you see your lil one take to the sky and grow while they play.

Urban Aerial Fitness offers classes for young performers ages 7 to 13.  Kids & Teens classes take place on Tuesdays and Wednesday at 5:00 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays at 12:45 pm

Practicing aerial arts will help your kid:

Become stronger: Practicing Aerial arts requires strength, which will develop naturally and gradually.

Become more flexible: Your lil one will naturally develop flexibility which reduces the risk of injury on other activities.

Make friends: Our classes are taught in small groups and camaraderie is quite high.

Develop confidence: We have seen it over and over, shy kids become more assertive on everything they do.

Ashleigh

Ashleigh has been practicing aerial arts for the last 5 years. As an experienced performer, she brings a level of dedication and attention to detail in every part of a routine.

She currently teaches Introduction to Silks, Lyra (hoop) single & doubles.

Alexandra

Alexandra has been practicing aerial arts for the last 4 years and has little by little transitioned from a student to a teacher. Before training on aerial ars she was a semi-professional ballroom dance competitor and a Flamenco dancer.

She currently teaches introduction to aerial silks, lyra (hoop) single & doubles.

 

Amanda

Amanda has been practicing aerial arts for 5 years. She is a consummate teacher who brings with her over 5 years as a fitness and outdoors activities instructor.

She currently teaches flexibility and Introduction to  Lyra/Hoop
