Who doesn’t? Thats why twice per year, we pick a theme and invite our students to participate in one of our live-streamed virtual showcases. 

This is a night where students and instructors celebrate all the progress made and we all get kick ass photos and videos too!

We specialize in beginners of all ages and fitness levels.

You are never too old or too “out of shape” to get started. Our Pole fitness program is designed to gradually build your strength and flexibility while you learn gorgeous, sensual dance moves.

We begin with floor work which can get real intense when done right. Later on we learn to climb and hold poses on the pole and once you are more advanced, you will learn how to invert.

I've trained in aerial for a long time (I'm going on 5 years!) At this point, I've taken a class at every aerial studio in OC. Without a doubt, this is the best studio in Orange County. Instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and do a fantastic job at accommodating when you have injuries, aches, and pains. I always feel safe while practicing. The studio environment is wonderful. All the other students are super supportive. There is equipment to use if you don't have your own. The studio is always spotless. This is the place to train in Orange County!!

Urban Aerial is an amazing studio with extremely sweet and encouraging instructors! I had just taken my first class there not too long ago and the staff left a great impression. As someone who doesn't work out regularly, I found it difficult to do some of the poses as it required a lot of upper body strength however, the instructors were were incredibly patient and kept pushing me to try again. In the end I was able to get myself into a few poses which was really fun! With my schedule, it's going to be really hard for me to come back since I still study out of state but I'm definitely planning on returning as soon as I graduate and getting myself a membership!!

F.A.Q

Yes, all of our classes are by reservation only. Sorry, no drop-ins. Our class sizes are small and fill up quickly. Sign up here.

Intro to aerial first flight is our class dedicated to first time flyers. Take that one first.

For aerial, we recommend leggings and a tank-top or a snug fitting t-shirt. Please refrain from wearing loose fitting clothing–you don’t want to get your clothes tangled in your apparatus!

For pole, wear shorts and sports bra or tank top. The more skin you have showing, the easier it is to stick to the pole! Optionally, you can wear knee pads and pole heels.

No prior fitness experience is needed! Building muscle for aerial is unlike any other fitness activity. Even if you’re already fit, there’s a learning curve for aerial acrobatics. Come as you are, you’ll be able to climb to the top of the silks very soon!

Yes, but it’s a fun challenge. You will improve every week. Before you know it, you will be confident 10 feet in the air.
