I Am Unstoppable! (or at least I feel that way)

This is the feeling most of our students have when they walk out of our studio. But why? What is it about aerial fitness that makes people feel so amazing after every class?

Well, there are many reasons for this and if you have 2 minutes, I can quickly dive into it. 

First off, let’s start with the chemistry of your bodies and brains, beginning with Endorphins. As miss Elle Woods Esq. clearly explains:

“Exercise gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don’t shoot their husbands. They just don’t”

You can believe Miss Woods, she is a top-ranked lawyer.

Since aerial is a very challenging exercise, you can be sure that you will get tons of endorphins running through your body, but that’s not all. Extraneous exercise also releases Dopamine and Serotonin which are also very powerful for being motivated and active.

Now, there is one more component that is released when training Aerial and this one is even more powerful for increasing energy and alertness. This component is known as Adrenaline. From the simplest pose to the most complex drop, adrenaline is usually released as soon as our feet leave the ground.

When you combine Endorphins, Dopamine, Serotonin, and Adrenaline, your body can’t help but feel good and energized. Then you mix that brain-chemical-cocktail with the supportive and encouraging environment at our studio and BAM! You will end each training session feeling like you can do absolutely anything.
