Aerial Silks

Intro to Aerial 

This one-time, beginner class offers an introduction to aerial hoop (lyra) and silks (tissu). You will learn the basics of climbing the silks and mounting the hoop, as well as introductory poses

Hoop I /Silks I

In this class you will learn basic climbing techniques, locks and a variety of poses and movements. Moves are combined with simple transitions to form your first routines. At the end of class, you can practice your newly learned sequence to music and add your own artistic flair. This is a perfect time whip out that cell phone and shoot an amazing video.

Silks All Levels

This class is ideal for when you are ready to step up your aerial skills. Once you feel comfortable with all the basics moves learned during  hoop 1/silks 1 class. You should be already confident with your climbs and basic foot-locks and beginner wraps in the air. 

During this class you will be working on different climbs, wraps, drops and inversions. Don’t be shy about trying a higher level, our instructors always make accommodations, and our more advanced students are very supportive. You will feel more motivated and inspired just by being surrounded by more experience students.

Lyra - Hoop

You will learn basic mounts, a variety of poses and transitions, as well as a gentle spin or two. You will also be encouraged to form a routine, practiced with music so you can add your own artistic flair. 

Lyra Hoop-All levels

This class is ideal for those students who are already comfortable with the basics and are ready to learn more sequences and build more strength.

In this class you will be working on different mounts, spins, and more advanced tricks and sequences. You’ll also work on the performance aspect of the material you learn. If you are still a beginner don’t feel intimidated, all our instructors make adjustments to fit the student’s level.

Additional Classes

Aerial Hammock

Learn fluid aerial movement while gaining strength with the added support of a hammock. In this class you will learn beautiful sequences consisting on mounts with spins, wraps and small drops.

Open Aerial

This is a 1 hour open practice for all levels. This is a time students use to practice all the new material they have learned during their classes, and the best way to stay in aerial shape and grow as an aerialist.

Contortion

This class goes beyond a basic flexibility class. You will learn to engage your muscles for more control in your flexibility,  helping you to create extraordinary shapes and lines. We focus on the back, shoulders and legs.  (60 minutes)
