You’re putting your body through intense dynamic training. It’s important to supplement your workouts with active flexibility training through FlexFit classes. 

Flexibility training is more than a passive stretch class. Our classes teach you proper and safe technique to activate your flexibility. Taking a Flex class just once a week helps increase our range of motion, reduces the risk of injuries, releases tension and improves coordination.

Our flexibility and fitness classes work hand in hand with our aerial program and are included with every studio membership. 

We highly encourage all of our aerial and pole students to cross train with our FlexFit classes. Any aerialist will benefit from increased body awareness and proper alignment to reduce the risk of injury.

Intro To Contortion

An all levels class, intro to contortion builds the strength, endurance, and flexibility necessary to start your journey.

In class, instructors will help you build muscle that stabilizes the joints as you increase your range of motion, targeting areas that are missed in conventional workouts. You will work further towards learning how to do the splits and how to do a backbend.
