Ali has been competitively pole dancing for 3 years. Previously a gymnast, she wanted to be upside down again. What started as a desire to be tricks focused, soon evolved into a passion for dancing in heels.
Her style involves a sensual flow with a hint of spice. She loves both floor work and tricks.
She is currently pursuing her doctorate of chiropractic with the goal of helping pole dancers enhance their training and recover from injury.
She currently teaches exotic pole and pole flow
My first pole class was addicting! Coming from a background in gymnastics and bikini competitions, it was nice to have skills to work towards rather than just exercising through the gym (although there is nothing wrong with the gym!).
Pole. Pole pole pole! I love that it helps me embrace my feminine energy through dance while at the same time incorporating strength and flexibility through tricks.
I absolutely LOVE teaching because I get to share my passion for movement with students! I love watching students nail moves they have always wanted and watching the students’ movement evolve while finding their own unique style.
When I first joined the team, it was emphasized how close-knit the studio was. And let me tell you, it is TRUE! They truly are a family, and that includes not just the instructors, but the students and their supporters as well. You walk into the studio and can immediately feel the family vibe and I feel so welcome! I know the students appreciate it as well.
