Urban Aerial Fitness Refund Policy

 

At Urban Aerial Fitness, we are committed to creating a fair, transparent, and supportive experience for our community. Please review the following policies that apply to our classes, memberships, and events:

 

Showcase Tickets

• 100% Refundable up to 48 Hours Before the Event

  If you need to cancel, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

• Within 48 Hours: Tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to transfer them to another guest.

 

Aerial Equipment Purchases

• All aerial equipment sales are final.

• If you need to return an item, we will provide store credit that can be applied to future classes, workshops, or merchandise.

 

Memberships

• 30-Day No-Cancellation Fee Window: You may cancel your membership at any time within the first 30 days without a cancellation fee.

• Please note: the first month’s payment is non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for unused classes within that initial month.

 

Introductory Classes

• Introductory classes are non-refundable.

• You may reschedule once if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

 

Punch Cards

• Refunds: Unused portions of punch cards are refundable within 30 days of purchase.

• After 30 days, all punch card sales are final.

• Expired punch cards cannot be refunded or extended, except for medical reasons.
